Picture
The former LLewellyn Home on Mesa Road.  As of this writing (10/18) major renovation is taking place with the apparent goal of returning the home to its former majesty.  The pic you see was taken before any work began.  Still pretty secretive no one seems to know the what, how and who of the project.  In its early days the property had the finest apple orchard in the west, watered by a canal which ran down from USAFA property. Following a dispute over water rights which the city won, Mrs. Llewellyn became a mysterious recluse.  More on this later.
